What are your business hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so call ahead near holidays.
Do you offer loaner cars?
Yes, when available. Tell us when you request your appointment and we will reserve one if we have one free.
Is shuttle service available?
We provide shuttle service when we can. Let us know you need a ride when you book and we will coordinate around your appointment.
What vehicle makes and models do you service?
We work on domestic and foreign vehicles. If you are unsure, call with your year, make, and model. We will be straight about whether we are the right fit.
How do I make an appointment?

Do I need an appointment for an oil change?
We recommend one. Most oil changes take 30 to 60 minutes, and an appointment keeps your wait short. See oil change service.
Can I drop off my car after hours?
Yes. We have an after-hours key drop, so you can leave your car before we open or after we close. Request an appointment or call ahead so we know it is coming.

How long will my repair take?
It depends on the job and parts availability, and most jobs finish when we said they would. After we inspect the vehicle we give you a realistic timeframe. If a repair turns into a bigger job once we are in there, we call you before going further.
